I get it. We all learn differently. Which is why I created a pdf AND an audio recording AND a video all to guide you through the 5-5-10-5 and 3-3-6-3 breathing techniques.

Why? Because it's what I wish I'd had access to (for free!) in the midst of all the diets and 60 day programs focused on my end behaviors (what I put in my mouth or how I worked out) rather than the triggers that caused me to over-consume and sabotage my progress no matter what diet or workout routine I did.

I know you're here because you want a breathing technique that will help your body burn more fat. And you're getting that. But you're also getting a tool that will help regulate your emotions ANY TIME OF DAY. So whether you do the 5-5-10-5 or 3-3-6-3 once a day while driving or before two meals a day, you WILL reap the benefits. The key, as with anything, is consistency.
